Delay processing of messages

Zowie had delays with processing some of the messages in the following timeframes:
8:00-8:20; 10:00-10:30; 11:30-12:30.

The problem was fully resolved.

We have plans to implement remediation items to prevent such issues in the future today outside of business hours.
