Per https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/lfrm31y6sw9q , a fix has been implemented and we can see the restoration of network stability.

Investigating

We are currently investigating a wider issue with an external global network provider causing some unavailability of our systems and will update as soon as we know more.

This incident affected: Application (Frontend, Core GraphQL API, Builder REST API, Builder GraphQL API, Inbox GraphQL API) and Chat (Standalone Widget, Live Chat Widget, Embedded Widget, Chat API).
