On Wednesday June 29, Zowie is conducting periodic scheduled back-end maintenance to improve our performance. As always, we are scheduling this update at a specific time to minimize the impact on our customers.

Zowie's full platform will be unavailable at this time, including our chatbot and admin & agent tools.

Expected Duration: 20 minutes
Expected End Time: Wednesday, June 29, 2022 6:20AM CET

In case of unexpected problems, we might need to extend the window to 1 hour. If this is the case, we will let you know.

Required action on your side: If you are using the Zowie website widget, no action is required. We will automatically hide this widget while the service is unavailable. If you are using a third party chat widget integrated with Zowie, you may want to manually hide the widget on your site during this downtime to ensure a positive customer experience.
